How Zeltru works

Simple. Factual. No ratings inflation.

01

Search any company

Look up a tracked company to see how long its postings actually stay open.

02

Share your experience

Report your application in 5 minutes. Fixed answers — no free-text bias.

03

Patterns become public

Once a company has enough reports, no-response rates and stage breakdowns publish automatically. Below that, we show nothing.

Company pages also break no-response rates down by stage — application, screen, interview, final round — but only once a company reaches five settled reports. None have yet. Be the first to report →

Built to be fair

Zeltru surfaces what applicants report. We set a high bar for what counts as no-response — and we enforce it in the math.

Rejections ≠ no response

If a company sent a no, that doesn't count against them. Only total silence — zero response — counts.

Minimums enforced

No stats appear until a company has 5 or more settled reports. Small samples mislead.

14-day window

We wait 14 days after last contact before marking it no-response, giving companies a fair chance to respond.

Choose your Zeltru email updates

Choose report edition notifications and general project updates separately. Neither category is selected automatically.

You can also explore longest-open postings.

Choose edition notifications, general Zeltru updates, or both. Each is optional. Sign in to manage choices for your verified account email.

Choose email preferences

Marketing sending is currently disabled. Saving preferences does not send an email. Account and sign-in messages are separate.

Or read the numbers behind all of this: how long job postings stay open — median age, duration distribution and full methodology.
