Every posting, dated from the employer's own page.

We collect postings from each company's careers page and record what we find. No reposts, no agency churn, no invented dates — where an employer publishes a posted date, that is the date you see, and where they don't, we say so. The 7- and 14-day filters use employer posting dates only. Undated records appear under All live; collection observations do not date these windows. These windows also include future employer dates as recorded. Saved active records can persist during collection gaps. An active flag or an employer posting date does not confirm a recent successful check.

Across everything we track, the median posting has been listed for about a month — how long job postings stay open has the full distribution, by duration and by industry.
